Caring for your 100% cotton bedding

To ensure your cotton bed sheets continue to provide you with superior comfort, best practice care measures should be undertaken. When washing your sheets, use a cold or warm cycle, reduce the length of the spin cycle and dry your sheets on a washing line without delay. A full spin will add creases, as will tumble drying and leaving sheets in a basket or washing machine. Tumble drying is also liable to dry out the cotton, resulting in shrinkage of the bed sheet’s fibres. With the long staple fibres of these sheets, you can expect minimal wrinkles, although you may still wish to perform some minor ironing for that crisp finish.

Although these sheets have been washed as part of the manufacturing process, you should also wash any new bed sheets before first use to soften the cotton and dispel any lingering finishes or dyes.
